Lightly spray cooking oil on a large skillet. Place tortilla in skillet on medium heat and lightly brown one side. In a separate bowl mix cooked chicken with Ricos Queso Blanco Cheese Sauce until well blended. Spread on heated tortilla and top with fresh spinach. Top with another tortilla and gently flip to brown the other side. Repeat steps for desired number of quesadillas. Cut into quarters and serve with your favorite toppings.
