Ingredients

  • 2 cups Ricos Original Nacho Chips
  • 2 oz Ricos Gourmet Nacho Cheese (as directed)
  • Ricos Pickled Jalapeños (as desired)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup plain white rice
  • ½ cup iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • ¼ cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 limes, cut into wedges
  • ¼ cup H-E-B pico de gallo
  • Avocado crema, optional
  • Hot sauce, optional
  • 1 packet of your favorite taco seasoning

Instructions

  • Cook taco meat with your favorite taco seasoning
  • Prep taco bowl ingredients
  • Build taco bowls
  • Place rice in bottom of bowl
  • Sprinkle desired amount of taco meat
  • Place beans over top
  • Add lettuce, pico, and jalapeños (if desired)
  • Pour warm cheese over top
  • Drizzle with crema & hot sauce (if desired)
  • Scoop with spoon and Enjoy!!
