Ingredients

  • Ricos Original Nacho Chips
  • 6 oz Ricos Gourmet Nacho Cheese Sauce (as directed)
  • 6 oz of Ricos Pickled Jalapeño Slices, chopped
  • 1 mini ice cream/souvenir helmet of your favorite team
  • 6 oz of your favorite BBQ Brisket
  • 3 oz of your favorite BBQ sauce
  • 6 oz pico de gallo

Instructions

  • Place a small layer of cheese in the bottom of the hat
  • Follow the first cheesy layer with ⅓ of each; brisket, BBQ sauce, pico de gallo, and jalapeños for spice
  • Repeat this twice
  • Add a final drizzle of Ricos cheese on top
  • Dip with Ricos Nacho chips
  • Enjoy!
