Papas con Chorizo

  • 1 Ricos Nacho Cheese Sauce 3.5 oz cup
  • ¼ cup Ricos Pickled Jalapeño Slices
  • 2 Yukon potatoes, peeled, diced
  • 6 oz your favorite chorizo (uncooked)
  • Olive oil to coat potatoes
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Cut potatoes and place in a medium mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to combine and coat in oil and seasonings
  • Transfer potatoes to your air fryer basket in a single layer and air fry at 400˚F for 18–20 minutes, flipping and tossing halfway
  • Air fry until potatoes are golden brown and crisp on the outside and tender when pierced with a fork
  • While potatoes are cooking heat a medium sauté pan. Coat the bottom with a small amount of oil and cook the chorizo
  • When chorizo is finished, soak up most of the oil with paper towels
  • Toss the potatoes with the chorizo and cilantro
  • Drizzle with Ricos cheese and jalapeños
