Loaded Chili Lime Chicken Nachos

Ingredients
- 9 oz bag of Ricos Chili Lime Flavored Tortilla Chips
- 15 oz can of Ricos Gourmet Nacho Cheese Sauce
- 12 oz jar of Ricos Pickled Jalapeños
- 3 cups of shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 tablespoon of adobo sauce
- ½ cup of sour cream
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
- ⅓ cup of red onion, diced
- ⅓ cup of cilantro, chopped
- ⅓ cup of cotija cheese, crumbled
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 °F. Line a baking sheet pan with foil.
Prep toppings in separate bowls:
a. Mix chicken with adobo sauce
b. Warm cheese sauce
c. Stir lime juice and sour cream together
Begin layering nachos on baking sheet. Pour half of the Ricos Chili Lime Tortilla Chips onto pan. Add chicken, cheese, and jalapeños to preference.
Bake for 12–15 minutes or until nachos are warmed through.
Add remaining toppings – avocado, tomato, onion, cilantro, cotija cheese, and lime crema – to preference. Enjoy immediately!
