Ingredients
- 15 oz can Ricos Gourmet Nacho Cheese Sauce
- Ricos Pickled Jalapeño Slices, as desired
- 4 russet potatoes
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 °F
- With a fork, prick holes all around potato, lightly coat with oil, wrap with foil and place onto a sheet pan
- Bake for 50 minutes
- While baking prep ingredients, heat cheese over stovetop, stir frequently about 10–15 minutes
- Unload potatoes from the oven, unwrap and slice down the middle
- Fluff with a fork and mix in a tablespoon of butter
- Drizzle over hot cheese
- Add cooked bacon, dollop of sour cream, a few slices of jalapeños and garnish with chives
- Enjoy!
