Loaded Baked Potato

Ingredients

  • 15 oz can Ricos Gourmet Nacho Cheese Sauce
  • Ricos Pickled Jalapeño Slices, as desired
  • 4 russet potatoes
  • 4 slices of bacon, cooked
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 °F
  • With a fork, prick holes all around potato, lightly coat with oil, wrap with foil and place onto a sheet pan
  • Bake for 50 minutes
  • While baking prep ingredients, heat cheese over stovetop, stir frequently about 10–15 minutes
  • Unload potatoes from the oven, unwrap and slice down the middle
  • Fluff with a fork and mix in a tablespoon of butter
  • Drizzle over hot cheese
  • Add cooked bacon, dollop of sour cream, a few slices of jalapeños and garnish with chives
  • Enjoy!
