Dill Pickle Poppers

Ingredients

  • 2 Ricos Jumbo Dill Pickles, ends removed, hollowed out, and cut into 1½“ slices
  • 8-10 Ricos Pickled Jalapeño Slices, chopped
  • 10 strips of your favorite bacon cut in half (uncooked)
  • 4 strips of your favorite bacon, cooked, chopped fine
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp ranch powder or your favorite seasoning blend
  • 3 tbsp pico de gallo

Instructions

  • Mix cream cheese, bacon, jalapeños, and seasoning in a small bowl
  • Fill hollowed pickle slices with cream cheese mixture
  • Wrap ½ strip bacon around pickle and secure it with a toothpick
  • Turn the pickle 90° and wrap pickle again with another half slice of bacon making sure the overlapping pieces are on the bottom, the pickle should be almost completely covered
  • Air fry for 10 minutes @ 400 °F
  • Dip into your favorite Ricos Cheese Sauce
  • Enjoy!
