Dill Pickle Poppers

Ingredients
- 2 Ricos Jumbo Dill Pickles, ends removed, hollowed out, and cut into 1½“ slices
- 8-10 Ricos Pickled Jalapeño Slices, chopped
- 10 strips of your favorite bacon cut in half (uncooked)
- 4 strips of your favorite bacon, cooked, chopped fine
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 2 tbsp ranch powder or your favorite seasoning blend
- 3 tbsp pico de gallo
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, bacon, jalapeños, and seasoning in a small bowl
- Fill hollowed pickle slices with cream cheese mixture
- Wrap ½ strip bacon around pickle and secure it with a toothpick
- Turn the pickle 90° and wrap pickle again with another half slice of bacon making sure the overlapping pieces are on the bottom, the pickle should be almost completely covered
- Air fry for 10 minutes @ 400 °F
- Dip into your favorite Ricos Cheese Sauce
- Enjoy!
