- 15 oz can Ricos Gourmet Nacho Cheese Sauce (as directed on can)
- Ricos Pickled Jalapeño Slices
- 6 oz of your favorite carne con chili recipe
- 4 oz refried beans
- 2 prepared sopes shells
- 2 tbsp pico de gallo
Instructions
- Heat up beef and beans separately
- Fill bottom of sope shell with a layer of beans
- Top beans with 3 oz of the heated beef
- Top with desired amount of jalapeños
- Drizzle cheese sauce on top, as desired
- Add pico de gallo
- Enjoy!
