Ingredients

  • 15 oz can Ricos Gourmet Nacho Cheese Sauce (as directed on can)
  • Ricos Pickled Jalapeño Slices
  • 6 oz of your favorite carne con chili recipe
  • 4 oz refried beans
  • 2 prepared sopes shells
  • 2 tbsp pico de gallo

Instructions

  • Heat up beef and beans separately
  • Fill bottom of sope shell with a layer of beans
  • Top beans with 3 oz of the heated beef
  • Top with desired amount of jalapeños
  • Drizzle cheese sauce on top, as desired
  • Add pico de gallo
  • Enjoy!
