Ingredients

  • 6 oz Ricos Gourmet Nacho Cheese Sauce, as directed
  • 10 oz Ricos Original Nacho Chips
  • Ricos Pickled Jalapeño Slices, as desired
  • 8–10 oz of your favorite brisket, cooked and chopped
  • 2–3 oz your favorite BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  • Heat a cast iron skillet over medium high heat
  • Place brisket onto the hot skillet and toss until desired crispiness
  • Arrange the chips on a plate and top with the brisket
  • Drizzle the BBQ sauce, put cheese on top, garnish with cilantro and as many Pickled Jalapeño Slices as you like
