Ingredients
- 6 oz Ricos Gourmet Nacho Cheese Sauce, as directed
- 10 oz Ricos Original Nacho Chips
- Ricos Pickled Jalapeño Slices, as desired
- 8–10 oz of your favorite brisket, cooked and chopped
- 2–3 oz your favorite BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Heat a cast iron skillet over medium high heat
- Place brisket onto the hot skillet and toss until desired crispiness
- Arrange the chips on a plate and top with the brisket
- Drizzle the BBQ sauce, put cheese on top, garnish with cilantro and as many Pickled Jalapeño Slices as you like
