Chili con Queso Bread Bowl

Ingredients
- 15 oz Ricos Gourmet Nacho Cheese Sauce
- 2 tbsp Ricos Jalapeños, chopped, with ¼ cup juice
- 4 oz of Ricos Original Nacho Chips
- 6 oz your favorite chili recipe
- 2 oz H-E-B Pico De Gallo (desired spice level)
- 1 round uncut loaf of bread
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 400 °F
- Cut the top (lid) off of the loaf and pull out insides of the bread, being careful not to tear holes in the loaf
- Coat the bread lid and inside of the loaf (bowl) with oil, salt, and pepper
- Bake for 6–7 minutes or until the bread starts to toast
- Add cheese, chorizo, jalapeños, and juice to a pot to warm up
- Pour into bread bowl, top with pico
- Enjoy!
