Ingredients
- 6 oz Ricos Hot and Spicy Cheese Sauce, as directed
- 10 oz Ricos Original Nacho Chips
- Ricos Pickled Jalapeño Slices
- 8-10 oz of your favorite fajita chicken seasoned, cooked, and sliced
- ½ of each, sliced- red, yellow, orange bell pepper, and red onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp your favorite fajita seasoning
- 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Place a cast iron skillet in a 400 ˚F oven for 15 minutes
- Toss your oil and veggies with the chicken and seasoning in a bowl
- Place onto the hot skillet and place in the oven for 5 minutes
- Arrange the chips on a plate and top with the chicken mixture
- Drizzle the cheese on the top and garnish with cilantro and as many pickled jalapeños you like
