Chicken Fajita Nachos

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Ricos Hot and Spicy Cheese Sauce, as directed
  • 10 oz Ricos Original Nacho Chips
  • Ricos Pickled Jalapeño Slices
  • 8-10 oz of your favorite fajita chicken seasoned, cooked, and sliced
  • ½ of each, sliced- red, yellow, orange bell pepper, and red onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp your favorite fajita seasoning
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  • Place a cast iron skillet in a 400 ˚F oven for 15 minutes
  • Toss your oil and veggies with the chicken and seasoning in a bowl
  • Place onto the hot skillet and place in the oven for 5 minutes
  • Arrange the chips on a plate and top with the chicken mixture
  • Drizzle the cheese on the top and garnish with cilantro and as many pickled jalapeños you like
