Carne Asada Dip

Ingredients

  • 15 oz can Ricos Premium Cheddar Cheese
  • Ricos Pickled Jalapeño Slices
  • 2–3 oz pico de gallo
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 oz crema Mexicana
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 4 oz favorite carne asada recipe, diced, cooked

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 °F
  • In a small bowl, mix ½ of the pico and paprika with the cheese
  • Add the mixture to an 8” skillet and top with the carne asada
  • Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until it starts to bubble
  • Top with crema, the rest of the pico, and Ricos Pickled Jalapeños Slices
  • Serve with Ricos Original Nacho Chips
