Ingredients
- 15 oz can Ricos Premium Cheddar Cheese
- Ricos Pickled Jalapeño Slices
- 2–3 oz pico de gallo
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 oz crema Mexicana
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 4 oz favorite carne asada recipe, diced, cooked
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 °F
- In a small bowl, mix ½ of the pico and paprika with the cheese
- Add the mixture to an 8” skillet and top with the carne asada
- Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until it starts to bubble
- Top with crema, the rest of the pico, and Ricos Pickled Jalapeños Slices
- Serve with Ricos Original Nacho Chips
