Buffalo Chicken Nachos

Ingredients

  • 15 oz can Ricos Gourmet Nacho Cheese Sauce
  • 14 oz bag Ricos Original Nacho Chips
  • 2 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • 8 oz package of cream cheese
  • ⅔ cup buffalo hot sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 °F
  • Bring cream cheese to room temperature to soften
  • Combine cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce, and mix well with the shredded chicken
  • In a baking dish, or cast-iron skillet, layer the shredded chicken and cream cheese mixture
  • Bake for 25 minutes
  • Layer over Ricos Original Nacho Chips
  • Enjoy!
