Ingredients

  • 4 oz Ricos Queso Blanco Cheese Sauce, warmed
  • 2 oz Ricos Original Nacho Chips
  • 2 eggs, cooked to your liking
  • 2 tbsp tomatoes, diced
  • 2 tbsp red onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp sweet peppers, sliced
  • 1 tbsp cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  • Place chips onto a plate or small cookie sheet
  • Drizzle with cheese
  • Sprinkle veggies evenly
  • In a small nonstick pan, over medium heat, cook eggs until desired doneness of eggs is reached
  • Place eggs on nachos
  • Top with cilantro
  • Enjoy!
