- 4 oz Ricos Queso Blanco Cheese Sauce, warmed
- 2 oz Ricos Original Nacho Chips
- 2 eggs, cooked to your liking
- 2 tbsp tomatoes, diced
- 2 tbsp red onion, diced
- 2 tbsp sweet peppers, sliced
- 1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Place chips onto a plate or small cookie sheet
- Drizzle with cheese
- Sprinkle veggies evenly
- In a small nonstick pan, over medium heat, cook eggs until desired doneness of eggs is reached
- Place eggs on nachos
- Top with cilantro
- Enjoy!
