Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Ricos Blue Coconut Sno-cone Syrup
  • 1.5 oz Ricos Cherry Sno-cone Syrup
  • 1.5 oz RumChata Pineapple Cream
  • 3 oz coconut rum
  • 1.5 oz lime juice
  • 6 cups ice
  • Cherry garnish

Instructions

    The Blue Layer

  • Add 2 cups of ice to a blender. Then, add 1.5 ounces of Coconut rum, 1.5 ounces of Ricos Blue Coconut Sno-cone Syrup. Blend until smooth and pour into two glasses.
  • The White Layer

  • Add 2 cups of ice to a blender. Then, add 1.5 ounces of RumChata Pineapple Cream, 1.5 ounces of lime juice. Blend until smooth and then pour on top of the blue layer in each cup.
  • The Red Layer

  • Add 2 cups of ice to a blender. Then, add 1.5 ounces of coconut rum, 1.5 ounces of Ricos Cherry Sno-cone Syrup. Blend until smooth and then pour on top of the white layer in each cup.
  • Add a straw, garnish with stemmed cherry.
  • Enjoy!
