  • 15 oz can Ricos Gourmet Nacho Cheese Sauce (as directed on can)
  • 14 oz bag Ricos Original Nacho Chips
  • 8-10 Ricos Pickled Jalapeño Slices
  • 6-8 oz of your favorite birria recipe
  • 2 oz sour cream
  • 3 tbsp pico de gallo

Instructions

  • Heat birria
  • Cut Ricos Original Nacho Chips bag down the middle and across to open up
  • Drizzle cheese sauce on chips, as desired
  • Add heated birria
  • Garnish with pico de gallo
  • Add jalapeños
  • Enjoy!
