Birria Nachos
Ingredients
- 15 oz can Ricos Gourmet Nacho Cheese Sauce (as directed on can)
- 14 oz bag Ricos Original Nacho Chips
- 8-10 Ricos Pickled Jalapeño Slices
- 6-8 oz of your favorite birria recipe
- 2 oz sour cream
- 3 tbsp pico de gallo
Instructions
- Heat birria
- Cut Ricos Original Nacho Chips bag down the middle and across to open up
- Drizzle cheese sauce on chips, as desired
- Add heated birria
- Garnish with pico de gallo
- Add jalapeños
- Enjoy!
