BBQ Mac n Cheese Burritos

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Ricos Gourmet Nacho Cheese Sauce, heated
  • Ricos Pickled Jalapeño Slices
  • Skirt steak marinated with chopped garlic, fresh jalapeños, sliced onion, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper; chill in refrigerator for 1 hour
  • 2 cups cooked macaroni
  • 2 10″ flour tortillas

Instructions

  • Preheat a pan (or use a grill) and sear off the steak to desired doneness
  • Slice thinly against the grain
  • Add warm cheese to the macaroni fresh from the water
  • Heat the tortillas and put as much or little beef in as desired
  • Add your favorite BBQ sauce (we used Breggy Bomb Swamp Sauce), and add the mac and jalapeños
  • Roll into a burrito and enjoy!
