BBQ Mac n Cheese Burritos

Ingredients
- ½ cup Ricos Gourmet Nacho Cheese Sauce, heated
- Ricos Pickled Jalapeño Slices
- Skirt steak marinated with chopped garlic, fresh jalapeños, sliced onion, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper; chill in refrigerator for 1 hour
- 2 cups cooked macaroni
- 2 10″ flour tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat a pan (or use a grill) and sear off the steak to desired doneness
- Slice thinly against the grain
- Add warm cheese to the macaroni fresh from the water
- Heat the tortillas and put as much or little beef in as desired
- Add your favorite BBQ sauce (we used Breggy Bomb Swamp Sauce), and add the mac and jalapeños
- Roll into a burrito and enjoy!
