Brisket Stuffed Cheesy Shells

Ingredients

  • 16 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 lb prepared brisket (BBQ sauce optional)
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 15 oz Ricos Gourmet Nacho Cheese Sauce or Ricos Queso Blanco Cheese Sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • Prepare brisket, let cool for 2 or 3 minutes before handling.
  • Stuff brisket into cooked pasta shells. Place into prepared pan.
  • In a separate bowl, mix Ricos Cheese Sauce with Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour remaining cheese sauce over stuffed pasta shells. Top with shredded cheddar.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.

  • 1 15oz can Ricos Condensed Aged Cheddar Cheese Sauce
  • 8 large potatoes
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped white onions
  • 1 red pepper (diced)
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • bacon bits
  • parsey (garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400º F, bake potatoes for approximately 1 hour. Cut them in halves and spoon out the centers. In a large mixing bowl mix potatoes with the remaining ingredients. Return to the potato shells and bake for 10 minutes at 375º F. Garnish with chopped parsley.

  • 1 15oz can Ricos Queso Blanco
  • 1 lb Cooked Chicken Breast (cubed)
  • 1 bunch Fresh Spinach
  • 8 large Flour or Corn Tortillas
  • Toppings Sour Cream, Pico de gallo, guacamole (optional)

Instructions

  • Lightly spray cooking oil on a large skillet. Place tortilla in skillet on medium heat and lightly brown one side. In a separate bowl mix cooked chicken with Ricos Queso Blanco Cheese Sauce until well blended. Spread on heated tortilla and top with fresh spinach. Top with another tortilla and gently flip to brown the other side. Repeat steps for desired number of quesadillas. Cut into quarters and serve with your favorite toppings.

Ingredients

  • 2 can Ricos Gourmet Nacho Cheese Sauce (or Ricos Hot & Spicy; or Ricos Premium Cheddar)
  • 1 lb lean ground beef (or ground turkey)
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 package flour tortillas
  • 2 cups canola oil (to fry tortillas)
  • 1 can refried beans (optional)
  • 4 plum tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 small white onion (diced)
  • 2 cups green chilis (diced)
  • 2 cups tomatillo sauce (peeled and pureed in a blender)
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro (for garnish) (optional)
  • sour cream (for garnish) (optional)
  • 1 lime (for garnish) (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350º.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons of oil and ground beef or turkey. Season with the chili powder, salt and a pinch of pepper. Stir and cook evenly. Remove from pan and set aside.
  • In the same skillet you used for the cooking the beef, over medium high heat, add 2 cups of oil. When oils begins to ripple, slowly add one tortilla at a time. Cook for 1 minute on each side, remove and let dry on paper towel. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  • To assemble the lasagna, cover the bottom of the oiled casserole pan with six tortillas, layering them one over the other. Add layer of 1/3 of the cooked ground beef. Top with one can of the Ricos Cheese Sauce. Add another layer of six tortillas. Top with diced green chili, and another 1/3 of the ground beef. Add the refried beans, spreading out evenly, the tomatillos. Top with a final layer of the remaining tortillas. Cover this final layer with the remaining ground beef, Ricos Cheese Sauce, diced plum tomatoes and diced onions.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with cilantro leaves, and squeeze lime juice over everything. Top with a dollop of sour cream. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 15oz can Ricos Premium Cheddar Cheese Sauce
  • 1 16oz bag large elbow macaroni
  • 3 oz sun dried tomatoes (julienne cut, not in oil)
  • 2.5 oz bacon bits
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp chives (chopped for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF; lightly butter a large casserole dish.
  • Cook macaroni noodles as instructed on the package, drain well.
  • Add Ricos Premium Cheddar Cheese sauce and sun-dried tomatoes to macaroni and gently stir to combine.
  • Pour about half of the macaroni mixture into the casserole dish, sprinkle about half of the bacon bits.
  • Add grated Parmesan to the remaining macaroni mixture and pour into the dish.
  • In a separate bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper using your fingers and sprinkle evenly over the top to form a crust.
  • Bake uncovered for about 25 minutes until the breadcrumb topping is golden and crispy.
  • Sprinkle the remainder of your bacon bits and chopped fresh chives and serve while hot.

  • 1 15oz Ricos Gourmet Nacho Cheese Sauce
  • 1 12oz bag Texan Original Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips
  • 1 10oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups chicken breast (cubed)
  • 1 can corn (drained)
  • 3/4 cup picante sauce
  • 1/2 cup olives (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup red & green bell peppers (diced)
  • 1/4 cup Monterey Jack Cheese (shredded)

Instructions

  • Combine chicken, corn, cream of chicken soup, diced peppers, sliced olives, picante sauce and Ricos Gourmet Nacho Cheese Sauce.
  • Take Texan Original Restaurant Style Chips and crush them to start your first layer.
  • Cover with chicken mixture and repeat with more chips and so on.
  • Top with shredded Monterey jack cheese.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Texan Original Restaurant Style Chips -crushed
  • 1 cups finely chopped pecans -Save 8 whole pecan for garnish
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup Bell Pepper -chopped
  • 4 oz Green chilis or jalapenos -drained
  • 1/4 cup Tomatoes -chopped
  • 1/4 cup Green onios -diced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro -chopped (optional)
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Half & Half
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese -softened
  • 1/2 cup Mexcian Style Cheese -grated
  • 1 tbsp Texan Original Hot Sauce

Instructions

Make Crust:

  • Combine chips, pecan and butter and press into greased 8-inch or 9-inch spring form pan.
  • Bake 15 minutes at 400º until lightly browned.

Mix & Set Aside

  • Mix bell pepper, chilis, tomatoes, green onion, salt, cumin and cilantro. Set aside.

Beat:

  • Beat eggs one at a time with half & half, sour cream, cream cheese, & mexican cheese.

Assemble & Bake:

  • Spread green chili mixture over crust. Pour in beaten egg mixture. Place pan on cookie sheet and bake at 350º until filling is set. (30-45 minutes)
  • Top with 1/2 cup grated cheese. Add 8 whole pecans to garnish. Return to over for 5 minutes to melt cheese. Remove from oven, cool slightly, then remove rim from spring form pan.
  • Serve at room temperature with Texan Original Hot Sauce and plenty of Texan Original Chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Ranch Dressing Powder
  • 8 oz butter
  • 4 TBSP Honey
  • 3 lbs Chicken Wings
  • 1 bottle Texan Original Hot Sauce

Instructions

  • Mix honey with 4 TSP of Texan Original Hot Sauce and set apart.
  • Mix butter with remainder of Texan Original Hot Sauce and warm in microwave until butter melts (about 1 minute); mix well.
  • Set apart ¼ of the butter/Texan Original Hot Sauce mix and put the rest in a large container with the chicken wings.
  • Shake well, covering the wings with the sauce.
  • Marinate overnight.
  • Place the chicken wings on a grill at 500 degrees, covering them with a good amount of Ranch Dressing Powder. Cook for 6 minutes.
  • Flip the wings and brush them with the saved Texan Original Hot Sauce mix and the remaining Ranch Dressing Powder. Cook for 5 more minutes.
  • When ready, remove from grill and baste with the honey and Texan Original Hot Sauce on both sides. Enjoy!
