How do I prepare the Condensed Cheddar product?
Can I dilute the ready to serve product? If so, by how much?

Get more for your money is just what we had in mind when Ricos developed its most popular formula, Condensed Cheddar. For the #10 107 oz. can, the formula allows the addition of up to 52 oz. of water or jalapeño juice or a combination of both for additional yield.

For the Condensed Cheddar 15 oz can:

Preparation Instructions:

Add 7.5 fl. oz. of water and stir until smooth. Once prepared, serve between 140-160 °F. For the perfect Ricos nachos, add 4 fl. oz. of water and 3 fl. oz. of jalapeño juice. Heat and stir.

Condensed Aged Cheddar Cheese Sauce 15 oz

For the Condensed Cheddar #10 107 oz can:

Preparation Instructions:

Add 54 fl. oz. of water and stir until smooth. Once prepared, serve between 140-160 °F. For the perfect Ricos nachos, add 32 fl. oz. of water and 20 fl. oz. of jalapeño juice. Heat and stir.
