Ingredients
Taco Meat
- 1 Lb Ground beef
- 1 Packet of your favorite taco seasoning
Taco Bowl Ingredients
- 2 Cups Ricos Nacho Chips
- 1/2 Cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 Cup plain white rice
- 1/4 Cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 Cup H-E-B Pico de Gallo
- 2 Oz Ricos Gourmet Cheddar (as directed on can)
- 2 Limes, cut into wedges
- Ricos Pickled Jalapenos as desired
- Avocado crema, optional
- Hot sauce, optional
Instructions
- Cook taco meat according to directions on packet
- Prep taco bowl ingredients
- Build taco bowls
- Place rice in bottom of bowl
- Sprinkle desired amount of taco meat
- Place beans over top
- Add lettuce, pico, and jalapeños (if desired)
- Pour warm cheese over top
- Drizzle with crema & hot sauce if desired
- Scoop with spoon
- Enjoy!
