  • Ricos Nacho Chips
  • 1 Mini ice cream/souvenir helmet of your favorite team
  • 6 Oz Ricos Gourmet Cheese Sauce (as directed on can)
  • 6 Oz Of your favorite BBQ Brisket
  • 3 Oz Of your favorite BBQ sauce
  • 6 Oz Pico de Gallo
  • 1/2 Jar Jar of Ricos jalapeños chopped


  • Place a small layer of your cheese in the bottom of the hat
  • Follow the first cheesy layer with 1/3 of each; brisket, BBQ sauce, pico de gallo, and jalapeños for spice
  • Repeat 2x
  • Add a final drizzle of Ricos cheese on top
  • Dip with Ricos Nacho chips
  • Enjoy!!!
