Pickled Jalapeño Margarita

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 El Perrito Tequila
- 1 Oz Cointreau
- Juice of 2 freshly squeezed limes
- 1/2 Oz Simple syrup (or agave nectar)
- 1/2 Oz Ricos pickled jalapeño juice
- Ice
- Lime wedge and zest
- Jalapeño salt for rimming the glass
Instructions
- Run a lime wedge (the juicy part) around the top rim of your serving glass
- Fill a shallow bowl or plate with coarse salt and lime zest mixed to dip the rim until it is covered
- Add tequila, Cointreau, syrup, lime juice & a few ice cubes to a cocktail shaker
- Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds to chill
- Fill the prepared serving glass with ice
- Strain in the margarita mix, garnish with lime wedge
- Enjoy!
