COVID-19

During this unprecedented time, Ricos continues to prioritize the safety of our team, customers and business partners as we continue to stay abreast of the seriousness of COVID-19 locally and around the globe. Out of deliberate and serious concern for all, we are implementing guidance pertaining to our corporate office and manufacturing site visits that are effective immediately.

At this time, Ricos is restricting business partners, solicitors, and non-critical business visits to both our corporate office and manufacturing site. We have multiple options for virtual meetings and conference calls. We will leverage our technology in order to continue to serve our customers. If you had an in-person visit planned or an off-site meeting planned, please contact your Ricos’ lead to discuss how to proceed.

Approved visitors such as FedEx, USPS, UPS, transportation carriers, retail customers and critically essential business partners will be asked to adhere to our COVID-19 protocol, which includes the use of hand sanitizer and responding to visitor screening questions. Screening questions for all in-person contact will include questions related to any recent travel abroad or domestic, any recent flu symptoms and/or recent attendance at large gatherings in the past two weeks. Any approved visitors will be expected to comply with the established protocols for the health and safety of all.
